Straight answers
Before you move supplier, you ask four things.
Can I see it first?
Yes. Samples before any order, on every line we carry. You should never commit to a pallet of something you have only seen in a photograph.
What is the minimum?
One pallet. We would rather start small and keep you for years than fill your store room once and never hear from you again.
How much shelf life is left when it lands?
We tell you the exact production and expiry date before you buy, not after it arrives. If a date changes, you hear it from us first.
Is it halal certified?
Per line, with the certificate for that line, issued for that shipment. Not a badge on a homepage that covers nothing in particular.

What happens if part of my order is short?
You hear about it before the truck leaves, not when it arrives. If we cannot fill a line in full we tell you what we can send, what the gap is, and when the rest lands, so you can plan your week around the truth.
Do you deliver outside Baghdad?
Yes. We deliver across Iraq. Timings and minimums differ by governorate, so tell us where you are and we will give you the real schedule for your location rather than a general answer.
How do you handle frozen goods in summer?
Temperature is held from the port through our cold store to your door, and we will show you the temperature record for your shipment if you ask for it.
What are your payment terms?
First order is paid up front. After that we agree terms based on your volume and your record with us. We will tell you exactly how, when and where before you place anything.
Will the same product arrive the same every time?
Same origin, same mill, same packer, wherever we can hold it. When a line has to change source, we tell you in advance and send a sample of the new one first.
Can you source something you do not currently carry?
Often, yes. Tell us the product, the volume and how regularly you would take it. If we cannot do it properly we will say so rather than let you down on the first shipment.
